Colbricon Bike Fest: the most extreme MTB festival in Italy in San Martino

The Italian Dirt League, founded with the aim of creating the first Italian Dirt Jumping tour and which has been organizing festivals, events and shows related to the freestyle world for years, will organize the Colbricon Bike Fest this year. In fact, the “IdlTour” will bring two days of pure adrenaline and fun to San Martino di Castrozza, bringing together amateurs, exhibitors and professional riders in a single and spectacular place in the heart of Trentino. The festival will consist of a series of immersive experiences. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the trails and jumping areas of the Colbricon Bike Park, surrounded by the iconic Pale di San Martino, the largest mountain group in the Dolomites. A bike park surrounded by nature, created from 2022 by San Martino Rolle and served by the 10-seater Colbricon Express cable car, which integrates and enriches the cycling area, which also includes the nearby San Martino Bike Arena in Tognola.

“The new ski jump was inaugurated in 2023 – explains the president of San Martino Rolle Jacob Zortea – is one of the most innovative and adrenaline freestyle areas on the Italian scene. The Colbricon Bike Fest is the best way to evaluate and highlight the important investments we as a company have made in the cycling product over the last few years.” , where everyone can safely test and improve their skills. It will not only be focused on “riding” in the trail area, but also cycling tours will be organized, which will be the protagonists of the UCI MTB Marathon World Championship 2026. Exhibitors from the MTB world will be present, to communicate with the public and offer a unique opportunity to discover the latest innovations in the sector and test the highest quality equipment.

The central moment of the event will be the Fmb World Tour international competition, dedicated to the discipline of dirt jumping. Freestyle athletes from the international scene will compete and put on a show on a ski jump specially created by Manuel Simion at the foot of the bike park: an unprecedented event in Italy. And that’s not all: the festival will also offer a number of smaller events open to the public, live music and a dedicated area with refreshments, which will ensure an engaging atmosphere for all participants. In conclusion, Colbricon Bike Fest aims to be more than just a sporting event; it will be two days in which competition, passion and fun form the perfect combination. Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or new to the world of mountain biking, this festival is an opportunity not to be missed.
