OnePlus announced the launch of two innovative devices from its IoT product line in Europe: a European exclusive OnePlus Watch 2 Nordic Blue Edition and tablets OnePlus Pad Go. Unveiled at an event in Helsinki, Finland, both devices are part of the brand’s strategy to deliver premium Android devices that meet the needs of European consumers and integrate into OnePlus’ growing ecosystem of connected devices.
OnePlus Watch 2 Nordic Blue Edition
Inspired by the beauty and aesthetics of Scandinavian design, the wearable device offers perfect style and advanced functions to accompany people at any time of the day. With a design reminiscent of the Northern Ocean, this timepiece features shades of royal blue and bright white with a unique two-tone GMT dial that evokes classic GMT marine chronometers. Crafted with precision and attention to detail, the Watch 2 Nordic Blue Edition boasts a new hybrid leather strap that combines fluororubber and genuine leather for a premium feel and exceptional comfort.
The 1.43-inch high-definition display, stainless steel frame with 2.5D sapphire crystal, and satin and polished finish make this watch the perfect combination of durability and elegance. Performance is entrusted to a dual chipset and the battery offers up to 100 hours of autonomy, OnePlus claims, and accurate fitness tracking. These features make the Watch 2 Nordic Blue Edition one of the best Android smartwatches in the industry and OnePlus’ best-selling device in the last two years.
OnePlus Pad Go
Alongside the smartwatch, as has been widely reported, OnePlus has also unveiled the Pad Go, expanding the brand’s tablet offering in Europe. With a 2.4k display, the highest resolution currently available on the market, the Pad Go offers stunning visual quality and unrivaled access to the OnePlus ecosystem, all at an affordable price. With built-in features like Dolby Atmos and Eye Care, the OnePlus tablet also offers Tüv Rheinland’s Display Full Care certification, underscoring the company’s commitment to consumer well-being. In addition to the hardware features, the Pad Go is designed to work in synergy with OnePlus smartphones and offers a number of smart features. For example, Content Sync lets you share notes and photo galleries between tablets and smartphones, while Cellular Data Sharing mode on non-LTE models ensures a more reliable and energy-efficient connection than standard hotspot connections.
Bingo Liu, CEO of OnePlus Europe said: “Our product strategy is focused on creating a powerful, connected ecosystem of high-quality OnePlus devices, including smartphones, tablets, wearables and audio devices. Europe is a key region in this long-term strategy and we are committed to providing our community with a holistic, fast and seamless user experience.”
